At Marsh Run Kennels Inc., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unused retail products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in original packaging
Product must be in resellable condition
Proof of purchase or order number is required
The following items are non-returnable:
Opened dog food
Opened treats or supplements
Clearance or discounted items
Custom or special-order products
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The wrong item was shipped
The item arrived damaged
The product was defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, standard return policies apply.
