Before You Apply:

• Vaccination records are required Rabies vaccination certificate. Proof of distemper series and bordetella
• PA residents must provide a county dog license
• Owners must provide food for the stay
• New clients must complete this application before booking

We do our best to accommodate last-minute boarding requests when space is available. We typically respond within 24 hours.
